From a tender age, they pondered the nature of their relationship with God, nurtured within the embrace of a small rural African American working-class church in the Southeast. It was a place where conversations with God flowed freely, and members shared experiences of divine communication. Our founder, Vanessa, listened intently, curious about the selectivity of God's messages. They wondered why some were chosen to relay messages on behalf of God, while others longed for direct communication. These questions birthed a hunger to understand what it truly means to listen and hear God's voice in the midst of life's busyness and confusion.
Within the sacred walls of their childhood church, her curiosity grew, motivated by the disparities in experiencing divine communication.
