It’s so easy to feel heavy these days. Between the noise of the world and the demands on our time, we often find ourselves feeling a bit disconnected, overwhelmed, or just unsure of which way to turn. I created The Hush Harbor Center for Soul Care because I believe you deserve more than just "getting by"—I want to help you truly thrive.
In the tradition of the hush harbor, this is a place of safety and transformation. Whether you are a pastor, a lay leader, a business professional, or someone simply seeking more depth, this is your invitation to pause. Through spiritual direction, retreats, and healing groups, we create the space to listen for God’s whisper and figure out exactly who you are being called to be in this season of your life.
My heart has always been in walking alongside people. As a retired Presbyterian minister, I’ve spent my life listening, teaching, and preaching, but my path took a beautiful, deeper turn in 2014. I spent three wonderful years at the San Francisco Theological Seminary, immersed in the Art of Spiritual Direction. Those years taught me the power of contemplative listening and the sacredness of spiritual practice—lessons I bring into every conversation today.
I am open to anyone, from any walk of life, who is looking to explore their relationship with the Divine.
I truly believe that tending to your soul isn’t a luxury; it’s the very thing that allows you to live a full, meaningful life. If you’ve been longing for a moment to catch your breath, reflect, and step into a more whole version of yourself, I would be honored to walk that path with you.tain about what to do next in the difficult environment of today. I make room for profound soul care and meaningful conversations because I want to help you not just survive but really thrive.
Hush harbor spaces are places of transformation and safety where you can rediscover your purpose, address spiritual issues, and feel rejuvenated. We provide spiritual guidance, retreats, healing groups, and workshops to help you pause, recognize God's presence, and determine where you are being called to go, do, or be, regardless of your role—clerical, lay leader, spiritual director, or business professional.
As a retired Presbyterian minister, I like listening to, teaching, preaching, and walking with people. In 2014, I graduated from the Diploma in the Art of Spiritual Direction at San Francisco Theological Seminary in San Anselmo, CA. It was a wonderful three-year commitment to classes, spiritual practices, and contemplative listening. I am open to working with anyone who seeks to explore their relationship with the Divine.
I believe that tending to the soul is essential for living a full and meaningful life. If you’re longing for a space to pause, reflect, and step into a more whole version of yourself, I’d love to journey with you.
